Each day, you'll facilitate client intake and eligibility assessments, ensuring applicants meet program requirements. You'll manage case files, maintain accurate records, and assist clients in understanding their housing options and program regulations. Regularly communicating with landlords and community partners will be essential, as you'll help resolve issues and foster positive relationships.Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work environment. Expect to participate in ongoing training and meetings to enhance your knowledge and skills in housing programs.
