Position Overview

The Head of Capital Formation at Initio Capital is a strategic leadership role focused on overseeing the firm's fundraising efforts and managing investor relations. Key Responsibilities

• Capital Raising Leadership: Spearhead the capital raising process for private equity, venture capital, and other investment funds.

• Investor Relations Management: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring continued support and engagement.

• Fund Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership and investment teams to structure and design investment funds that align with market trends and investor preferences.

• Market Research: Analyze capital markets and investor sentiment to identify emerging trends and tailor fundraising strategies.

• Fundraising Execution: Lead all stages of fundraising, from initial outreach to closing commitments, ensuring successful capital raises for new funds.

• Strong communication skills, including experience in preparing and presenting investor materials such as pitch books and fundraising decks.

• Exceptional relationship management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

• Strong leadership and team-building experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a capital formation team effectively.

• Deep understanding of fund structures, legal considerations, and compliance requirements relevant to capital formation efforts.
