Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and commercially driven leader to build and scale our Cross-Sell & Engagement engine - turning customer intelligence into sustainable revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of strategy, execution, and P&L performance of the cross-sell channel.
This role goes beyond traditional product management and sits at the intersection of revenue leadership and product execution. You will operate across product strategy, risk and credit modeling, growth optimization, and financial performance, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue, profitability, and long-term customer lifetime value through data-driven decisions.
What you will own
Full P&L responsibility for the Cross-Sell revenue stream
Cross-sell strategy across products and customer lifecycle
Revenue growth, profitability, and unit economics optimization
Prioritization of opportunities across pricing, scoring, targeting, and UX
Execution excellence across a cross-functional team (Product, Growth, Risk, ML, Analytics)
What you will do
Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Define and execute the cross-sell strategy across all products
Identify and unlock new revenue pools within the existing customer base
Develop optimal pricing and monetization strategies
Drive improvements in conversion, retention, and ARPU
Own forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting
Data & Risk Optimization
Challenge and evolve scoring and segmentation approaches
Partner with ML and Risk teams to optimize approval rates vs. profitability
Run structured experimentation (A/B testing) to improve performance
Improve targeting and personalization logic
Execution & Leadership
Lead a cross-functional squad of product, analytics, risk, and growth experts
Align top management and key stakeholders on priorities and expectations
Build scalable processes and internal operating cadence
Develop and mentor team members
What we expect from candidate:
Skills
Strong analytical foundation
Advanced SQL and/or Python proficiency
Deep understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
Experience with unit economics and financial modeling
Solid understanding of classical ML models (logistic regression, tree-based models, etc.)
Ability to connect data insights with commercial impact
Experience
3+ years in Product, Financial Analytics, Growth, or similar analytical leadership roles
1+ year leading teams or cross-functional initiatives
It will be a big plus:
Experience owning P&L and forecasting is highly preferred
Nice to have
Experience working with recommendation systems, pricing models, credit/risk products, or monetization engines
Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM (Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, etc.) or Economics
