Head of Events and Field Marketing

Position Details

  • Location: San Francisco, CA.

  • Work Model: Full-time with a hybrid work policy requiring 3 days in-office in Downtown San Francisco, CA.

  • Compensation: $150K - $200K + Competitive Equity

TechStaffers is currently recruiting for a rapidly scaling company founded in 2023 that believeshealthcare should feel effortless and connected through quick answers, clear communication,and seamless access to care.They are building a new foundation for how patients and providers connect, driven by AI andtailored to unique provider needs. The company offers a comprehensive patient experienceplatform powered by specialty-specific agentic AI.

About the Role

  • Our client is looking for their first field event hire to build and scale one of their most important pipeline channels.

  • They need a strategic and execution-oriented leader who can build the foundation, structure, and processes from the ground up.

  • In this role, you will own the national events strategy and build a regionally distributed field marketing team.

  • You will also partner closely with Sales to generate pipeline and accelerate deals.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Design and operationalize a scalable field marketing strategy aligned to sales territories and pipeline goals.

  • Own the creative vision and experience design for our client's events, developing differentiated formats for executive audiences.

  • Manage a multi-million-dollar events budget, including vendor strategy, cost controls, and ROI reporting.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and Provider Success on pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline.

  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing distributed team of regional field marketers to execute 100+ events annually.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS field and events marketing at high-growth startups.
