Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Head of HR / Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition and human resources functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring cycle, and supporting overall HR operations to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job intake to offer acceptance*
• Write clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions tailored to role requirements*
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates*
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels*
• Post job openings across multiple platforms and maintain updated listings*
• Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates*
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department managers*
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Marketing & Employer Branding

• Create and manage job marketing campaigns to increase applicant flow*
• Promote open roles through social media, online platforms, and professional networks*
• Enhance employer brand and candidate experience throughout the hiring process*
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes

HR Management

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires*
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures*
• Support employee relations and address HR-related concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition*
• Strong ability to write effective job descriptions and job postings*
• Experience reviewing resumes and conducting candidate screenings*
• Knowledge of recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems*
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
