How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead integrated campaign strategy: Define target personas, ICPs, messaging, and channel mix for strategic GTM initiatives, including product launches, ABM, vertical, and partner campaigns.
- Execute multi-channel programs: Deliver integrated campaigns across email, digital, webinars, lead generation, partner marketing, and co-marketing.
- Personalize buyer journeys: Develop persona- and use case-specific messaging and campaign flows to accelerate pipeline.
- Drive campaign content: Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and agencies to develop high-impact campaign assets, playbooks, and offers.
- Leverage data and intent: Use intent signals and engagement data to optimize targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Field and Channel Marketing, Analytics, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and business impact.
What You Bring to the Table
- 6-10+ years of B2B campaign management experience in cybersecurity, AI, or cloud, leading full-funnel integrated campaigns.
- Proven success designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, webinars, partner/co-marketing, lead generation) that drive qualified pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform) and Salesforce (SFDC) for campaign execution, attribution, and reporting.
- Experience building and scaling ABM programs in partnership with Sales, including target account strategy, personalized engagement, and performance measurement.
- Strong expertise in segmentation and leveraging intent and behavioral data.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, persona-based messaging.
- Experience developing persona and use case driven campaigns that address customer pain points and competitive differentiation.

Compensation: For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the compensation range is expected to be between $170,000 - $220,000. This may include additional incentives such as commission targets, restricted stock units, and/or bonuses, depending on the role.
