Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.

Lead initiatives to enhance organizational development and performance management.

Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and development needs.

Oversee benefits administration, including health benefits, PTO, and 401(k) plans.

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of People & Culture should have:

Experience with HR strategy development and execution.

Prior experience in high growth start up environment.

8+ years of HR experience.

Bachelors Degree.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage talent acquisition and employee development programs.

Experience with benefits administration, including health plans, PTO, and 401(k).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.
