Lead executive hiring and recruitment operations in the Americas. Design and optimize the recruitment operating model for efficiency. Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding. Collaborate on workforce planning and future hiring needs.Qualifications Proven experience in building a high-growth talent acquisition function. Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive strategic initiatives. Experience leading geographically distributed recruiting teams. Strong executive presence and senior-level hiring capability.
