This role will contribute to creating best in class UX/UI to ensure customer delight.

What to expect

Lead and mentor a growing team of designers

️ Balance UX research with a robust design framework in order to create impactful designs that strike the appropriate balance between form and function.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.

Foster an iterative design process that includes rapid prototyping, attentive listening, adaptability, and integration of feedback.

Serve as the final review point for the design team during the PDLC process.
