Job Description
Gerber Federal Credit Union, a growing financial institution in Fremont, has a Head Teller Position available for an individual who can deliver exceptional service to our members while being a servant leader to the Tellers and creating a cohesive team environment.
If you are this person and possess the following attributes, then we would like to hear from you!
- Experience with team development, performance management, training and employee coaching
- Overseeing and providing leadership to tellers on effective service and referral techniques, service expectations, and compliance guidelines, while modeling the same
- Analytical, quality focused and technically oriented.
The ideal Head Teller candidate will need to meet the minimum requirements for this position outlined below:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of teller operations, procedures, and knowledge of basic accounting
- Two to three years of similar or related experience as a Teller at a full-service financial institution
- Proven managerial experience, training and organizational skills
