Head Teller

Gerber Federal Credit Union, a growing financial institution in Fremont, has a Head Teller Position available for an individual who can deliver exceptional service to our members while being a servant leader to the Tellers and creating a cohesive team environment.

If you are this person and possess the following attributes, then we would like to hear from you!

• Experience with team development, performance management, training and employee coaching
• Overseeing and providing leadership to tellers on effective service and referral techniques, service expectations, and compliance guidelines, while modeling the same
• Analytical, quality focused and technically oriented.

The ideal Head Teller candidate will need to meet the minimum requirements for this position outlined below:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of teller operations, procedures, and knowledge of basic accounting
• Two to three years of similar or related experience as a Teller at a full-service financial institution
• Proven managerial experience, training and organizational skills
