  • Configure and manage LED processors, high-output projectors, and playback systems (e.g., Disguise, Watchout, or Resolume)
  • Ensure all video hardware is maintained to industry standards and perform routine troubleshooting on fiber optic and HD-SDI networks
  • Lead and supervise all union video hands during load-in, show, and strike
  • Coordinate with the Lighting and Audio departments to ensure integrated system timing and sync (Genlock/Timecode)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical video requirements and content delivery
  • Act as Lead V2 for major events, managing crewing in conjunction with tour direction
  • Oversee the ingest and formatting of client-provided media to ensure compatibility with house aspect ratios and resolutions
  • Manage live stream encoders and multi-platform distribution to ensure high-fidelity transmission for remote audiences

Qualifications/Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in live event video production, specifically in large-scale venues or touring environments.
  • Experience managing union crews and/or overhire labor
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex signal paths and hardware failures on the fly
  • A deep understanding of color science, aspect ratios, and frame rates across different display technologies (LED vs. Projection)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in live performance and broadcast environments
  • A background check will be initiated in accordance with state and federal law after a contingent offer of employment.
