Music Therapist | Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice$50/per visit PRN | 5-20hrs per week | Flexible Daytime Hours Legacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice not only provides compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation! Delivering Solutions that Matter:Deliver individual music therapy sessions tailored to patient preferences and goals

Use music to address relaxation, pain management, emotional processing, developmental support, and end-of-life/bereavement needs

Collaborate with patients, family members and other team members to align with the patient's overall care plan

German Center (West Roxbury), ANRC (Jamaica Plain), Stone (Newton), BCL/Kaplan (Peabody) Revere, East Boston, Everett, Malden, Chelsea, and Winthrop.Qualifications for Success:Associate's or bachelor's degree in music, education, human services, or a related field preferred.Prior experience working with end-of life patients, or in a long-term care setting preferred

Experience performing music in healthcare, senior living, hospice, or community settings.Experience working with older adults, individuals with dementia, or patients receiving palliative or end-of-life care.Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
