Job DetailsThis position will lead and manage company safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe, healthy work environment across all operations.Responsibilities:Develop and enforce safety policies and proceduresEnsure OSHA and regulatory compliance (federal, state, local)Manage OSHA recordkeeping and reportingConduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigationsDeliver and coordinate employee safety trainingImplement corrective actions to reduce workplace risksMaintain accident, incident, and near-miss documentationExercise stop-work authority when safety risks ariseThere will be travel about 25% of the time to the 2 other locationsQualifications:Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulationsExcellent communication and training facilitation skillsDemonstrated leadership and ability to influence safe behaviorsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeInterested in hearing more?
