Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer health and safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments; track findings and support corrective actions
• Investigate incidents and near misses, document root causes, and assist with prevention strategies
• Support safety training, onboarding, and ongoing education for employees and contractors
• Maintain safety documentation, metrics, and reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate safety considerations into daily operations and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in a health and safety role within a technical, industrial, or operational environment
• Experience investigating accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence
• Experience in identifying potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general safety management systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement
