Job Purpose:
- The HIM Warehouse Technician's main responsibility is to maintain and protect the medical records of individuals served by LifeStream. This position handles daily sorting and preparation for proper securing of records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the HIM warehouse, ensuring records are stored safely and systematically.
- Retrieve, process, and deliver medical records and documents as requested by authorized personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all health information management policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security standards.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse inventory control systems to track and manage records effectively.
