This position offers a minimum base salary of $32,000 based on experience.

Successful and dedicated canidates can make up. to $65,000

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Educate & Guide Clients on Health Insurance Options and Choices.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through referral sources and educational events
Provide exceptional customer service and support, go above and beyond
Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. - Patience is a virtue
Conduct Medicare 101 training either in person or groups
A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
