This role supports clients across the health care and pharmaceutical supply chain, including health plans, payors, PBMs, and related service providers, with a strong emphasis on complex commercial contracting.The position is well‑suited for an attorney with PBM or managed care experience who enjoys leading negotiations, managing multiple contract workflows, and advising clients on operational, regulatory, and transactional issues affecting pharmacy benefit operations.What You’ll DoDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of PBM‑related and managed care commercial agreements, including:PBM services agreementsRebate and pharmaceutical pricing agreementsPharmacy network and vendor contractsOther agreements supporting pharmacy benefit operationsLead and support the full contracting lifecycle for PBM procurements on behalf of health plans and payorsAdvise clients on health plan operations, regulatory frameworks, and contract administration issuesAssist with disputes arising under PBM, health plan, and third‑party vendor agreementsCoordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel to drive negotiations forward efficientlyManage multiple active matters simultaneously while anticipating and responding to client needsWhat We’re Looking ForJD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law schoolAdmitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC3+ years of transactional or commercial contracting experience in the PBM, managed care, or pharmaceutical supply chain spaceExperience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreementsFamiliarity with federal and state regulations affecting health plans, PBMs, and related entitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision on day‑to‑day mattersStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing prioritiesProfessional, collaborative, and client‑focused approachWhy This OpportunitySpecialized focus on PBM and managed care transactionsMeaningful responsibility and client interactionSophisticated, operationally focused health law workCollaborative team environmentOff‑track role offering long‑term stability and subject‑matter depthInterested in hearing more?
