You'll work across functions, engage with leaders at all levels, and contribute to initiatives that support the wellbeing of people, the environment, and the long-term success of the business. If you are passionate about building strong teams, driving positive change, and creating safer workplaces, we would love to hear from you.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HSSE team while building long-term organizational capability.
  • Establish and execute HSSE strategies focused on learning, system effectiveness, and serious injury and fatality prevention.
  • Coach and advise leaders to strengthen risk awareness, accountability, and safety leadership behaviors.
  • Drive operational learning initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and improve risk management systems.
  • Lead incident, near-miss, and learning reviews with a focus on system improvement and organizational learning.
  • Monitor HSSE trends, audits, inspections, and corrective actions to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and certifications.
  • Manage departmental budgets, capital planning, and HSSE programs that strengthen operational performance.

  • At least 1 year of people leadership or management experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with HSSE regulations, management systems, audits, investigations, and risk management programs.
