Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Monitor spending and provide meaningful budget and variance analysis.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Provide leadership with financial insights, trends, and recommendations.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, controls, and processes.
Help strengthen accounting procedures and operational efficiencies.
Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

ā What We're Looking ForWeāre looking for someone who can take ownership of the numbers and confidently communicate what they mean to the business.Qualifications:Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks ā required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
Healthcare accounting experience is a plus.
CPA or currently on a CPA track is preferred, but not required.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to provide financial recommendations.
