Healthcare Accounting Manager, Business Analytics- ASAP Hire

Required Skills:

Proven experience in business analytics within the healthcare industry
Strong accounting knowledge, particularly related to budgeting and financial analysis
Ability to work effectively with physicians, practice managers, and office staff
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in financial tools and analytics software

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience with healthcare practice budgeting
Knowledge of healthcare operations and administrative workflows
Familiarity with financial reporting tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Mid to senior-level professional with relevant healthcare analytics and accounting experience
No management experience required; individual contributor role

Other Requirements:

Ability to work standard hours (8 am- 5 pm, Monday through Friday)
Capable of working in Mansfield, Ohio or remotely as applicable
A keen interest in healthcare financial processes and analytics
