Job Summary:

The Healthcare Administration & Operations Internship provides students with real-world experience in the operational and administrative functions of a healthcare organization.

Interns will work closely with the Human Resources team while gaining exposure to multiple departments across Health Care Connectors. Through this structured program, interns will develop professional skills, learn how healthcare organizations operate, and contribute to meaningful organizational projects.

Qualifications

We are seeking motivated students who are eager to learn and gain professional experience within the healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment
  • Interest in healthcare operations and administration

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in:

  • Human Resources
  • Healthcare Administration
  • Business Administration
  • Public Health
  • Healthcare Management or a related field

What You’ll Do

Interns will assist with a variety of administrative and operational activities, including:

  • Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Assisting with onboarding and orientation preparation
  • Supporting HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Observing scheduling and workforce coordination processes
  • Assisting with marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Learning about client care management and care coordination
  • Supporting compliance and documentation processes
  • Participating in department meetings and shadowing opportunities
