Healthcare Administrative Project Coordinator

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Healthcare Administrative Project Coordinatorto join our team for a 6+ month hybrid contract role in Rhode Island. This is a hybrid role and is onsite when requested in Cumberland, RI Hours:  Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 EST Pay rate: $25.00 per hour Estimated start date 10/26/2026 The Healthcare Administrative Project Coordinator has primary responsibility for the non-clinical aspects of physician operations. In this role you will be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team charged with ensuring that the evolving administrative physician operations comply with internal and external regulations, standards, and practices. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:-Support provider onboarding by ensuring Collaborative Practice Agreements and/or prescriptive authority documents is fully executed, filed, and maintained as applicable-Support provider onboarding by ensuring Collaborative Practice Agreements and/or prescriptive authority documents is fully executed, filed, and maintained as applicable-Collaborative Practice Agreement renewals- Utilize the MDStaff database to record and maintain pertinent information- Assist in various projects- Participates in other departmental activities as assigned Required Qualification: 

• 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, complex administrative environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare administrative environment.
• 1+ years Project management experience

Preferred Qualification:- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail is a priority- The ability to focus on details in a dynamic ever evolving fast-paced environment- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel- Comfortable with learning new software applications.- Easily adapt to change in an energetic environment.- Comfortable with communicating at all levels in the organization.- Motivated to establish, maintain, and manage working relationships with colleagues, external vendors, and contracted physicians.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Must be able to assess situations and make decisions, independently at times. Education:- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance or similar field preferred NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $25.00 per hour.
