Are you a nurse who is tired of the bedside — but not tired of caring? If you have given years to shift work, hospital floors, and high-volume patient loads and are looking for something slower, more personal, and deeply meaningful — this is that role.
THE MISSIONCaring for those who care for othersPriests, deacons, and religious have spent their lives in service to others. Now it is their turn to be cared for — and you will be the one to do it. As a Healthcare Advocate with Clergy Care, you will serve as a trusted companion and guide for the clergy of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, helping them navigate a healthcare system that can be overwhelming, confusing, and impersonal. This is not a bedside role. There are no night shifts, no patient ratios, no charting marathons. What there is: real relationships, genuine purpose, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people who have dedicated themselves to God and community. Our mission is simple: Right Care. Right Place. Right Time.
“If you have ever wished you could just sit with a patient longer, follow up after discharge, or actually know the person behind the chart — this role gives you that. Every day.”
