Healthcare Associate Attorney
Location: Ohio (Hybrid / On-site)
Salary: $120,000+ (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
A growing law firm is seeking a dynamic Associate to join its Healthcare Practice. This position offers competitive compensation, structured mentoring, client development training, and a collaborative environment that values community involvement.
Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates, you will advise healthcare providers and organizations on regulatory, transactional, compliance, and corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on federal and state healthcare regulations, compliance, licensing, and reimbursement.
Assist with healthcare transactions, including acquisitions, affiliations, and joint ventures.
Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare contracts and agreements.
Counsel clients on fraud and abuse laws (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute) and HIPAA/privacy matters.
Research complex legal issues and draft written work product, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of legal experience in healthcare law, regulatory matters, corporate transactions, or compliance.
Education & Credentials: J.D. with strong academic credentials; active Ohio Bar membership (or eligibility for admission).
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary of $120,000+ based on qualifications.
