Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) level 1Location: KS - DODGE CITY - 3201 EAST HIGHWAY 400, Didge City KS 67801Duration: 3 Months. 6/25/2026 to 9/10/2026 This is for a 2nd shift LPN role OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH 5-6 days a week. Saturdays are possible but not guaranteed Shift Time: 3 PM to 1 AM estimate;Mon- Fri with occasional SaturdaysJob description:
- The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and education, employee health services and compliance. We seek a professional who is licensed to practice in your state of employment or equivalent in other geographies.
- Help develop, formulate and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.
- Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.
- Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.
- In accordance with established procedures, conduct our safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.
- Assist with occupational health programs.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. *Other duties as assigned
- This is for a 2nd shift LPN role
- OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
- 5-6 days a week.

- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Two years of related work experience.
- Licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse or equivalent in other geographies
- This is for a 2nd shift LPN role
- OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
- 5-6 days a week.
- Saturdays are possible but not guaranteed
- Shift Time: 3 PM to 1 AM estimate;Mon- Fri with occasional Saturdays
