We're seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual to join our team as an Optometric Technician.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.Work in a modern practice equipped with innovative, cutting-edge technology.Grow your skills in a practice known for promoting education and collaboration.Enjoy real opportunities for training, advancement, and professional development.Your RoleAs an Optometric Technician, you will:Deliver patient-first customer service in every interaction.Assist our optometrists in providing high-quality eye care.Perform pre-testing procedures, including visual field testing and retinal imaging.Guide patients through the examination process with professionalism and empathy.Maintain and sanitize equipment to ensure a safe environment for everyone.Educate patients on eye care and contact lens use.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, engaging demeanor.A genuine passion for healthcare and helping others.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work efficiently and independently, with consistent, reliable conduct.Excellent writing skills.Previous experience as an optometric technician is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate.EMR experience and bilingual ability are also a plus.Perks and Benefits401(k)Medical, dental, and vision coverage
