Job Description

Salary: $18-19/hr Is this your perfect fit?

Are you a customer service professional with 4 years of experience handling inbound/outbound calls?*
2-3 month project - Monday Friday, 8-5*
Breakfast provided every Friday!

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients iwth billing questions, payments, and account updates. *
Provide clear explanations of charges.*
Process payments, set up payment arrangements, and documentation
