Immediate need for a talented Healthcare Compensation Consultant (Physician & Total Rewards). This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Los Angeles, County (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $42/hr - $45/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze physician performance metrics and compensation data
- Evaluate physician bonus eligibility using complex business criteria
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models using formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data validation
- Analyze large datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop executive PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
- Partner directly with physician leaders to gather business requirements and answer compensation-related questions
- Facilitate meetings with physician committees and leadership teams
- Support annual physician performance summary and compensation review processes
- Recommend improvements to compensation methodologies and business processes
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Compensation, and executive leadership
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across compensation programs
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Analytics, HR Consulting, Business Consulting, Finance, or Healthcare Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Pivot Tables
- Complex formulas
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- INDEX/MATCH
- Data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
- Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence leaders without direct authority
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Healthcare industry experience
- Physician or Provider Compensation experience
- Experience supporting Medical Groups or Physician Organizations
