General Description:

This role is responsible for identifying and minimizing risks related to patient care, staff safety, visitor incidents, and property loss while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, investigation, and problem-solving skills with prior healthcare risk management experience.
Specific Skills :
- Manage and oversee the organization’s Risk Management Program
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational and clinical risks
- Investigate patient, visitor, and staff complaints and incidents
- Recommend corrective actions and process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel using independent judgment and leadership discretion
