= Location: Prospect Place, NY (Orientation in the Bronx)= Pay: $38–$39/hour= Job Type: Temp-to-PermSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)Setting: Fully On-Site | Full-Time= Weekly Pay During Contract Assignment!
= ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Compliance Auditor to join a growing healthcare organization!
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented compliance professional with a strong background in healthcare auditing, regulatory compliance, and health insurance plans.
The Compliance Auditor will conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including PACE, Medicare Part D, LHCSA, and Article 28 requirements.
This position also offers exposure to AI compliance oversight and healthcare automation auditing.
= KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct internal and external healthcare compliance audits.
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Audit programs and processes related to PACE, Part D, LHCSA, and Article 28.
Identify compliance risks, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Evaluate AI systems and automation tools to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, and corrective action recommendations.
Collaborate with internal departments to promote compliance and regulatory best practices.
=9 Minimum 3 years of healthcare auditing experience – REQUIRED.
=9 Health insurance plan auditing experience strongly preferred.
=9 Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and healthcare compliance regulations.
=9 Familiarity with PACE, Medicare Part D, LHCSA, and Article 28 requirements preferred.
=9 Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
=9 Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
=9 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
