Job DetailsThis senior, growth-oriented role is responsible for establishing and expanding the company’s presence in the non-acute healthcare construction market. You will lead business development efforts while overseeing project execution, ensuring that newly acquired work is delivered successfully. This position is ideal for a mid-career construction professional with a strong healthcare background who seeks long-term leadership growth opportunities.Responsibilities:
  • Market Entry & Business Development: Lead the strategic entry into non-acute healthcare construction by developing targeted strategies and leveraging existing relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship manager for healthcare clients, fostering long-term partnerships and understanding their operational and regulatory needs.
  • Project Oversight & Execution Support: Provide executive-level oversight of healthcare projects, partnering with teams to ensure successful delivery while mentoring internal personnel.
  • Internal Leadership & Market Development: Act as the subject-matter expert for healthcare construction, supporting strategic planning initiatives and representing the company in relevant industry organizations.
  • Mentorship & Development: Help develop best practices for healthcare construction while nurturing talent within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of construction project management experience with a focus on non-acute healthcare facilities (outpatient clinics, medical office buildings (MOBs), and other ambulatory and support healthcare facilities)
  • Proven track record of business development success, with established relationships in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including regulatory compliance and operational coordination.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a commitment to long-term growth.
