Healthcare Construction Project Manager Austin, TX 78722 Join an Austin-based Commercial Construction company with a reputation for quality work, safe and well-run job sites, and ethical business practices in healthcare general contracting. Here, construction is greater than the sum of its parts. It's about vision, confidence, and the network of people who make it possible. We’re seeking experienced Construction Project Manager in Healthcare, Ground-Up, and tenant improvements.THE POSITION:
- These individuals must have demonstrated ownership of projects, not just participation
- We are particularly focused on candidates who have run work independently and understand schedule, cost, quality, and subcontractor management
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Structural, Civil, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5+ years of healthcare commercial construction experience is strongly preferred; commercial construction experience is required
- Ground-up, Industrial, and Tenant improvement experience is ideal
- Local Austin experience is a plus
- Location: This role is in Austin with travel to client offices, job sites, company meetings, or events
- Compensation: This is a full-time, benefited position
