Oversee compliance with healthcare standards including ICRA, NFPA, FGI, and life‑safety codes

Plan detailed phasing to minimize impact on patient care and hospital operations

Coordinate with infection prevention teams to maintain strict containment protocols

Manage utility shutdowns, medical gas installations, and integration of clinical equipment

Work closely with clinicians, facility directors, and biomedical engineering departments
