Job Description

Healthcare Construction Superintendent

Lead all on-site activities for healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process. Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets specified standards and client expectations. Facilitate regular progress meetings and provide updates to project managers and clients. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement cost-saving measures.

A successful Healthcare Construction Superintendent should have: ground up healthcare experience, experience with managing healthcare construction projects from start to finish, strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards, ability to effectively lead and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges, strong communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
