The Healthcare Interiors Superintendent will oversee all on-site field operations for hospital and clinical construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with strict healthcare construction standards.

Description
- Oversee daily field operations for healthcare interior renovations and fit-outs
- Manage projects in active hospital environments with strict phasing requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors across all project phases
- Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and drive project milestones
- Monitor progress, budget impacts, and field productivity
- Review RFIs, submittals, and construction documents daily
- Lead coordination meetings with trades, consultants, and hospital staff
- Ensure all work complies with healthcare codes, safety, and regulatory standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in patient-sensitive environments
- Support project closeout, punch list completion, and system turnover

Profile
A successful Healthcare Construction Superintendent should have:
- Lead all field execution from mobilization through project closeout
- Enforce site safety plans and healthcare-specific safety protocols
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Identify and resolve field conflicts to maintain schedule
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation
- Ensure all work aligns with project drawings and specifications
