Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time
Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures
Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants
Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates
Review construction documents and proactively resolve field issues
Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining company standards
Utilize construction management software such as Procore and related tools

Healthcare construction experience is highly preferred
Experience managing projects valued up to $30MStrong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
Proven commitment to jobsite safety and quality management
Must be able to commute to project sites throughout ConnecticutStable work history with a track record of successful project delivery
