- Greenville will be responsible for:Leading day-to-day field operations for a 150,000+ SF healthcare facility featuring operating rooms and patient rooms.Managing project safety, quality control, scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination throughout all phases of construction.Serving as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong relationships with owners, healthcare stakeholders, design teams, and project partners.Collaborating closely with project management and field teams to drive project performance and maintain schedule commitments.Coordinating inspections, documentation, and project milestones while ensuring compliance with healthcare construction standards.Fostering a team-oriented jobsite culture focused on accountability, communication, and successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
