Healthcare Construction Superintendent (Interiors) NYC

The Healthcare Interiors Superintendent will oversee all on-site field operations for hospital and clinical construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors across all project phases

Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and drive project milestones

Monitor progress, budget impacts, and field productivity

Review RFIs, submittals, and construction documents daily

Lead coordination meetings with trades, consultants, and hospital staff

Ensure all work complies with healthcare codes, safety, and regulatory standards

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in patient-sensitive environments
