Position Overview
The Controller will oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and treasury functions. This individual will play a key leadership role by providing financial insight that supports executive decision-making while ensuring the organization's financial integrity and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
- $145,000 - $185,000 based on experience

What You'll Do
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage cash flow and treasury operations
- Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial policies
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Partner with department leaders on budgets and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and maintain financial accuracy
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of Controller or senior accounting leadership experience in healthcare
- CPA strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
