We are currently hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Rep in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is a full-time role with pay starting at $18 per hour, offering you the chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your work truly matters. This position also offers the opportunity to earn bonuses and performance-based pay.This position follows a consistent weekday schedule:Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PMTuesday through Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PMFriday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PMBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance

You will answer incoming calls, renew existing insurance policies, help match health plans to the right people, and call existing clients to welcome them to the company & answer any questions that they may have or that they forgot to ask during the sale.
