Job Description
Position Title : Healthcare Data Analyst
Location: Edina, MN (Hybrid - 3 days/week)
Employment Type: Contract
Mandatory Requirements (3+ years of experience in each):
Working with large-scale healthcare data systems, including:
- CMS Qualified Entity (QE) claims data
- ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS
- CPT/HCPCS diagnosis and procedure codes
- Healthcare claims data, insurance adjudication, and clinical data management
- Developing and maintaining healthcare data warehouses and master datasets using:
- SQL Server
- Relational databases
- Stored procedures
- ETL/ELT workflows
Designing and implementing data governance and quality assurance frameworks, including:
- Validation rules
- Reconciliation processes
- Longitudinal data consistency checks
- Audit documentation for regulated healthcare data
- Leading healthcare data extraction and analytics initiatives using:
- Advanced SQL querying
- Alteryx workflows
