Healthcare Digital & Social Comms Consultant

Green Room is looking for seasoned digital and social comms consultants with healthcare/pharma experience to support client needs alongside our fun, flexible, and collaborative agency team.

We are seeking consultants with expertise in orchestrating integrated digital ecosystems (from .com and CRM to paid media, SEO and social) and a proven track record of leading digital marketing strategy across a mix of large, matrixed organizations as well as smaller start-up environments to execute the following responsibilities:

• Lead digital strategy development and execution for clients, with experience in omnichannel campaigns and regulatory environments 
• Translate business challenges into data-driven digital solutions.
• Operate as a trusted advisor to clients, simplifying complexity and connecting digital efforts to business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Media Relations, to bring forth impactful integrated strategies
• Coordinate with account leads to ensure budget and utilization health and provide ongoing status updates to account leaders
• Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to grow talent and elevate performance across digital
• Participate in, or lead, business development of digital opportunities for Green Room, as appropriate

Ideal consultants will demonstrate a strong executive presence with consultative skills and senior-level client-facing experience and exhibit a growth mindset with an eye for organic growth, team development, and business transformation.
