Are you ready to take your estimating career to the next level with a stable and collaborative construction team that values long-term growth and internal advancement? This Healthcare Estimator position in Cleveland, OH offers the opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare renovation and new construction projects, primarily supporting VA hospitals nationwide. With a strong pipeline of $2–5M projects and clear potential to grow into a Project Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional eager to be part of an expanding organization.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Estimator position include:

5+ years of healthcare estimating experience
Prepare detailed cost estimates for renovation and new construction proposals
Experience with federal healthcare projects (VA Hospitals highly preferred)
Interpret and break down complex bid specifications and RFPs
Relevant experience in government contracting
Perform subcontractor and vendor procurement to obtain price quotations
Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6
Develop and maintain project schedules

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
