Position: Healthcare Financial Decision Support Analyst

Location: Remote

Experience: 5+ years in Healthcare Financial Analytics, Decision Support, Financial Analysis, or a related field.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Healthcare Financial Decision Support Analyst with strong analytical and reporting skills to support financial decision-making across healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have experience analyzing financial, clinical, and operational data and creating actionable dashboards and reports.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Strong experience with Tableau for developing dashboards and visualizations.
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, lookups, and financial analysis.
Experience with healthcare financial data, including revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Knowledge of healthcare operations, financial reporting, and decision support.
Ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights to business and finance stakeholders.
Experience creating recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with hospital, health system, or provider financial analytics.
Knowledge of revenue cycle, patient billing, claims, reimbursements, and cost analysis.
Experience with healthcare data platforms or EHR systems such as Epic.
