Healthcare Forms Designer/Coordinator (Coppell, TX)

Job Title: Healthcare Forms Designer/Coordinator Work Location: Coppell, TX Duration: Long-term contract Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Education/Experience: Preferred: Associate degree Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Primary resource for advice for the Client for Medical record forms document design & Medical record forms revisions -- Convert appropriate medical record forms to digital platforms - identify and develop digital document opportunities
• Primary resource when applicable, become active member of the Clients Facility Form Committee group that reviews medical forms requiring edits or new form design
• Primary resource for document production needs of for both litho / web printing as well as digital print solutions
• Production Print Advice and Services Promotion: -- Manage customer relationships, working with and advising document owners to meet document production needs in a cost effective manner -- Promote the print services of the production & design print program
• Print Job Management: -- Upload forms in Web order system, co-ordinate and manage print projects for the customers in conjunction with division Customer Service Rep as required -- Interface with preferred suppliers, internal / external if required -- Manage the various process requirements such as: ---- Attend forms committee ---- Form Proof exchange ---- Proof & Final form expected delivery date follow up
• Forms/Document Design: -- Provide design expertise for all forms produced via print-on-demand (POD) -- Act as creative consultant on forms design/ construction -- Provide forms creation & revision services

Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of Forms design experience preferably in Healthcare industry
• Minimum of three (3) years in a customer relationship role
• Familiar with document production techniques
• Experience with commercial / transaction print / digital print
• Experience in working autonomously
• Forms and Graphic design expertise A MUST
• Customer service experience
• Print procurement experience with commercial vendors, helpful
• Excellent time management skills required
• Ability to demonstrate current Forms design experience - currently account is using Forms Fast software, Adobe Creative suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate ability to communicated effectively (both written & in person) to Senior levels to articulate document strategy
• Demonstrate ability to network with colleagues to share and deliver benchmark solutions
• Demonstrate ability to deliver to deadlines
• Demonstrate ability to function effectively at all levels of the business
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of PCs and recent releases of Microsoft Office
• Ability to demonstrate problems solving skills / analytical skills, and interviewing skills to obtain customer requirements
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
• Ability to demonstrate strong accuracy skills - errors may impact patient care
• Ability to demonstrate highly effective organizational skills
