We are seeking an Analytics & AI Solutions Builder who can deliver end-to-end analytics and AI-enabled solutions for healthcare clients. This role is expected to use modern AI tooling (LLMs, copilots, agent frameworks) to transform our consulting delivery —accelerating speed to insights, improving quality, and enabling scalable client impact. You will own key building blocks including data curation pipelines, semantic definitions (metrics, dimensions, business logic), and AI agent context/instructions that make solutions accurate, trustworthy, and repeatable across engagements.Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end client solutions: lead work from discovery to data sourcing/curation, semantic layer definition, analysis/modeling, andproductizeddelivery (apps, dashboards, reports, APIs, or workflows).
Build with scale in mind:understand the difference between proof-of-concept work and guide ideas intentionally toward greater steps of maturity bybuilding reusable patterns.
UseAI to achieve leverage: applyour platforms tooling includingLLMs and agentic workflows to speed up development (rapid prototyping, code generation/review, documentation, test creation) while applying rigorous validation and client-ready quality standards.
Build andmaintaindata curation pipelinesthat produce analysis-ready datasets; ensure reliability, traceability, and clear data contracts aligned to client use cases.
Define and govern semantic definitions(metrics, dimensions, cohorts, attribution logic) with client stakeholders to ensure consistent interpretation and reusability across products and accounts.
Design agent context and instructions: create andmaintainprompts, retrieval context, tool instructions, andguardrailsso AI outputs areaccurate, explainable, and aligned with clientobjectives.
Partner closely with clients and product leadershipto understand problems, frame solution options, present recommendations, and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences: translate ambiguity into action, explain assumptions/limitations, and produce polished client-facing deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience developing analytics products/solutions in healthcare settings.
StrongproficiencyinPython and/or R.
Strong knowledge ofrelational databasesand experience designing andmaintainingdata pipelines.
Demonstrated ability touse AI tools effectively(LLM assistants, prompt design, agent workflows, AI-assisted development) to increase throughput and quality.
Self-startercomfortablewith ambiguity, fast-paced iteration, and end-to-end ownership.
Excellent collaboration andclient-facing communicationskills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely, with strong attention to detail.
Role ispredominantly remote, with expectation of occasional travel for internal or client meetings.
US work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other modern cloud-based data platforms.
Experience building solutions inShiny,Streamlit, Quarto, andRmd(preferred).
Experience usingPosit Connector similar tools for deploying analytics products.
Experience withLLM-enabled analytics workflows(e.g., RAG over structured/unstructured data, prompt/version management, evaluation/monitoring, governance).
Recent healthcare consulting/analytics experience in a team-based professional services environment.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $100,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
