About the Role
A leading global investment bank (representative of our employer network) is hiring a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior bankers, clients, and cross-functional deal teams on high-impact transaction work.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises in healthcare
Build detailed financial models, including:
DCF, LBO, merger models
Operating & valuation analyses
Conduct market research across biotech, pharma, medtech, and healthcare services
Prepare pitchbooks, investor materials, and client presentations
Participate in due diligence across financial, clinical, product, and regulatory areas
Analyze industry trends and company performance metrics
Assist with deal structuring, transaction logistics, and closing processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Biology, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of valuation, financial modeling, and corporate finance
Interest in healthcare markets, biotech innovation, or medical technology
Experience in IB, consulting, equity research, or life sciences preferred
Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
