Immediate need for a talented Healthcare IT Product Manager – Epic Applications. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.). Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product strategies, visions, and roadmaps for healthcare technology applications.
• Manage product enhancements and initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with clinical, operational, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate product meetings, working sessions, planning discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Coordinate budget tracking, financial updates, resource planning, and product-related reporting.
• Prioritize product backlogs, balancing new features, maintenance, technical improvements, and support needs.
• Support Epic application initiatives, especially Ambulatory, Cadence, and Revenue Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access, appointment scheduling, care coordination, ambulatory workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
• Conduct stakeholder discovery and user feedback sessions to validate product needs and proposed solutions.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics and prepare dashboards, status reports, and presentations.
• Partner with engineering, UX, research, and operational teams to implement product improvements.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, resolve cross-functional challenges, and support continuous improvement.
• Support product adoption and communicate roadmap updates, decisions, dependencies, and outcomes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, healthcare IT, application management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with product planning, roadmaps, backlog management, or technology enhancement initiatives.
• Experience supporting budgets, financial tracking, resource planning, or budget reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and technology-driven business processes.
• Knowledge of Epic is required for this opportunity.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory, Cadence, Revenue Management, or Revenue Cycle applications.
• Experience in a hospital, health system, health plan, or other healthcare environment.
• Understanding of EHR/EMR systems, clinical workflows, scheduling, patient access, and care delivery.
• Experience with product discovery, user research, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with IT service management, technical documentation, and application support.
