This role is pivotal in supporting both Data and Business App projects, ensuring the successful execution of our healthcare IT initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including analytics dashboards, AI chatbots, regulatory requirements, Revenue Cycle and HR applications. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and will be able to navigate complex IT environments, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive value and improve patient care.Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a variety of healthcare IT projects, including data projects such as analytics dashboards, regulatory requirements, and AI chatbots or agents.
• Oversee Business App projects, including Revenue Cycle and HR applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT project management, with a focus on data and business app projects.
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Experience with ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and global in scope.
• Strong understanding of AI chatbots, data analytics, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle and HR applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
