This role offers exposure to a high-volume middle-market platform completing 40+ transactions annually and provides the opportunity to work across multiple healthcare verticals. The team works collaboratively across offices rather than operating in regional silos, giving Associates broad deal exposure and direct interaction with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of healthcare M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Prepare presentations, pitch books, and client-facing materials
- Conduct market research and industry analysis across healthcare sectors
- Manage due diligence processes and transaction timelines
- Assist with business development and sector coverage initiatives
- Work closely with senior bankers on active deal execution
- Help mentor and oversee junior banking team members, including analysts

- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of direct investment banking experience
- Strong M&A transaction experience
- Prior experience within healthcare investment banking
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
- SIE certification
- Series 79 license
- Series 63 license
